Work on ALL password protected PDF not just OWNER

OWNER password protected PDF are only part of the problem. It is much more important to manipulate PDF files that have been password protected by others such as author, etc. This should be made to work with ANY password protected PDF.

Improve PDF Merger

I would like PDF Merger & PDF Splitter to return to the last opened folder when selecting a source PDF file under PDF splitter. It is a waste of time to have to re-open the file directory each time you want to split a new file.
